Our Team

- We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner
-Staff will uphold safe standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception
-All members of staff will be wearing full PPE, including face masks, aprons and gloves (where applicable)

Our Salon and Treatments

-We have adapted the salon to ensure social distancing can be maintained.
-We have ‘removed’ our waiting area, to reduce the amount of people in the salon at one time.
-All surfaces throughout the salon will be regularly cleaned.
-All items of equipment will be sanitised before, and after, every treatment.
-One-use disposable items will be used where possible.
-We have installed a perspex screen at reception, for the safety of our clients and staff.
-Hand sanitiser is available throughout the salon.
-We will ask, wherever possible, to pay by credit or debit card.
-We are no longer accepting walk-in appointments at the present time, due to the necessary screening process in relation to booking treatments.
-We will no longer be providing hot drinks or magazines, at the present time, to reduce any risk of cross contamination.

Booking In

-We have suspended our online booking for a short period, giving us an opportunity to adjust to the new way of booking our clients in for their appointments.
-When booking an appointment, you will be asked a few screening questions to ensure we can keep our working environment safe.
-Any treatments lasting over 2 hours require a deposit.

Upon Your Arrival

-There will no longer be a waiting area; we would therefore kindly ask you to arrive promptly at your appointment time, and wait outside the salon, or alternatively in your car, until the therapist calls you in or contacts you on your mobile.
-Due to the new procedures, and inability to provide a waiting area, we are only able to allow arrival up to a maximum of 5 minutes past your booked appointment time.
-Please contact us to re-arrange your appointment if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms.

- We will undertake a contactless temperature check on your arrival.
-We will escort you straight to your treatment area to ensure the reception area is kept clear.
