– 24hrs notice is required for any amendments or cancellations

– For any Full Set of Lash appointments a £20 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment

– Any treatments over 1hr30mins requires a 50% non refundable deposit

– All spa treatments require 50% deposit

– If you are paying with a voucher for any of these appointments, we will require the voucher number as the deposit
